Just
wanted to let you know that the wide five front disc brake kit
I purchased for my 1964 Karmann Ghia racer were definitely direct
bolt on. Everything fit and worked as advertised. This past
weekend I was at the Oktoberfest Race with the Vintage Auto
Racing Association (VARA) at Buttonwillow Raceway. The test
of the new brakes on the Karmann Ghia worked exceptionally well.
|
I
improved my lap times due to being able to enter the corners faster
and being able to brake later. These brakes actually slow the
car down and do not make the car shutter like the drums used to
do. Thanks for another exceptional product. I have been
racing this 64 KG since 1998 and have won several class championships
but am always looking to improve the car.
