Description   MANUFACTURED IN ITALY Genuine Malpassi 'Filter King' Fuel Pressure Regulators are designed to improve a carburetors fuel feeding system. They were used as OEM equipment by Europe's leading automobile manufacturers such as Rolls Royce, Lancia and Maserati. Proper fuel pressure and consistent flow are critical to any gas-powered engine. No matter the type of fuel pump used, your engines overall performance and operation will benefit from a properly installed and tuned fuel pressure regulator. Filter King regulators eliminate excessive and pulsating fuel pressure, delivering a perfect idle, and fast/ reliable engine startup. The vehicle will run smoother without loss of performance at high rpm, as the pressure to carburetor will be steady and constant under any running conditions. Filter King (CB# 3185) is compatible with mechanical or electric pumps, has one fuel inlet and one outlet for installation between the fuel pump and carburetor. They're pre-set to provide ~3 lbs. of constant fuel pressure and can be easily adjusted with just a turn of the screw. The 25-micron, wide surface, stainless steel filter element will catch the rust, dirt or sand before it fouls up your carburetor. The heavy wall 2" x 2" glass enclosure makes it easy to see what is in your fuel, including water! Easy to clean and engineered to last, you will want one for all your carbureted vehicles.
