The All-New CB Performance Speed Shop Billet Valve Covers now feature a Radiused Profile for added clearance, allowing wider engine configurations to fit in most VW sedan engine compartments. We start off with a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminum then CNC machine them to use an o-ring seal at the head flange and rocker stud for an easy leak free installation. The Speed Shop Billet Valve Covers are truly designed for both performance and visual appeal.

CNC machined with the Speed Shop logo for a clean look, and a machined-in 1/2” NPT breather port for maximum crankcase ventilation. CB Performance Speed Shop Billet Valve Covers are designed to fit over huge valve springs and high ratio rocker arms.

CB Speed Shop Billet Valve Covers are also available in Polished. A Replacement O Ring Kit is also available.

These covers are stunning. Quality is exceptional and they look SICK on my CB built turn key 2332cc.
I run a 1972 T1 and installation got hung up due to the size of the covers. They are much bigger than stock covers, especially on a bigger motor. To install the motor I ended up having to clearance the metal under the engine seal "c" channel. Even after the trimming they are a tight fit to the seal which is actually really great in keeping hot air from entering the engine bay but may be tricky when adjusting valves...
But damn are they impressive when people see them!

I anticipate using these covers for MANY years to come! The machining is top notch, o-ring fit is good and the machined in NPT breather port is the perfect touch to these amazing looking covers. Leak free performance is here to stay on my engine.
