VW Carburetor Pre-Heat & Defroster Vent Hose - 211-255-359

This versatile 25mm ID air hose is a multi-application component used throughout the classic VW lineup. Primarily utilized as a carburetor pre-heat hose, it connects the engine tinware to the air cleaner to prevent carburetor icing in cold conditions. Additionally, it serves as the center dash defroster vent hose on later model Beetles, ensuring consistent airflow to the windshield.

Constructed from high-temperature resistant, black corrugated cardboard with an internal wire reinforcement, this hose is designed for flexibility and durability within the engine bay and under-dash environments. Its expandable design allows for easy routing through tight clearances while maintaining a consistent internal diameter for optimal air volume.
