Transmission Nose Cone Boot — Repro for VW 111-301-289D

Rubber dust/moisture boot for the transmission nose cone to chassis tunnel interface. Seals the shifter housing opening to reduce dirt and air ingress, protecting linkage components and helping keep the tunnel clean.

Fitment
Fits VW Type 1 (Beetle & Super Beetle) 1961–1979, Karmann Ghia 1961–1974, Type 3 1962–1974, and Thing 1973–1974 where the tunnel-mounted nose cone boot is used. Verify boot style against your chassis tunnel and nose cone flange before ordering.

Molded, weather-resistant rubber for sealing the tunnel opening at the transmission nose cone.
Helps limit dust, moisture, and fumes entering the cabin through the shifter/nose cone opening.
Direct replacement; installs over the nose cone and seats to the tunnel flange.
