JAMAR JBFBNTA Adjustable Billet Aluminum Link Pin Front Beam - No Shock Towers

Reduce front-end weight while adding suspension adjustability with the JAMAR JBFBNTA billet aluminum front beam. Designed for VW Link Pin front suspension applications, this lightweight beam is intended for sand rails, dune buggies and other lightweight custom vehicles.

The JBFBNTA features an adjustable torsion beam design, allowing the rotational preload of the torsion leaves to be changed to raise or lower the front suspension as part of the vehicle setup. Actual ride-height range will vary with vehicle weight, torsion-leaf configuration and other front suspension components.

JAMAR's modular beam construction uses thick-wall torsion tubes with billet aluminum end supports that are hydraulically pressed into position and secured with hardened steel pins. This version is manufactured without shock towers, providing additional flexibility for lightweight sand rail and buggy suspension designs. Towerless beams can be used with custom shock or coil-over mounting arrangements and are also found on some very lightweight torsion-leaf front suspension applications where conventional front shocks are omitted.

The adjustable torsion centers allow suspension preload and ride height to be changed. Exact ride-height adjustment range depends on vehicle configuration and is not currently specified by JAMAR.
Actual ride height will vary with vehicle weight, torsion-leaf setup, trailing arms, spindles, tires and other suspension components.
This beam does not include shock towers. Shock and suspension requirements depend on vehicle weight, torsion setup, intended use and overall chassis design. Verify the complete front suspension configuration before installation.
