94mm Big Bore B pin height, M42 Skirt Coating, Forged 4032 material, Hard Anodized top land and ring groove, barrel spacers or copper head shims will be needed to dial in deck height - Always check your deck height and valve to piston clearance.
Pistons are engineered to have .002-.0025" cylinder clearance with Mahle 94mm Barrels. If building a turbo engine we recommend our 1020 Race Ready Barrels.

Kits ship complete with 4 Balanced Pistons, Complete Ring Sets 1.5 x 1.5 x 4mm, Wrist Pin and Clips. Fits 78-84mm Crankshafts.

NOTES: 90.5, 92 & 94mm Big Bore Kits require machining the cylinder heads and engine case before installation. Clean all parts and ensure proper ring gap is set before installation.

Recommended tools: Wrist Pin Tool, Piston Ring Compressor.
